We had a wonderful experience. The oral surgeon Dr. Arora performed my child's extractions and bone grafting with exceptional care and professionalism, making the entire process as smooth and comfortable as possible. We've also been seeing Dr. Gupta for many years and have always had excellent experiences. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, shows genuine compassion, and always makes my child feel at ease. The care we've received and the long-term results have been outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Arora, Dr. Gupta, and their entire team!

Not just for kids! Dr. Arora was fantastic! I was sent her by my insurance company and I’m so glad I was. While I hope I don’t have to see an oral surgeon again, if I do have an issue arise, I won’t hesitate to come back here. Staff was great as well!

My daughter recently had a dental procedure with Doctor Gupta and she did a phenomenal job at making me feel comfortable as well as my daughter. Her work is amazing and my daughter had no problems after her procedure. I definitely recommend Dr. Gupta if your children need any procedure done.

Horrible experiences!!!!! I had two terrible scenarios in a row at Sparkle Dentistry. First time, I waited over half an hour just to see other patients come in after me, then taken before me. No explanation why from the receptionist after she clearly saw me frustrated. Not even an apology from their end after I rescheduled. Second time was a complete, unprofessional mess! My appointment was for a Tuesday at 4:00PM. I made a point to pick up my daughter from school @3:00PM, quickly take her home to eat and brush her teeth so I can get to her appointment on time. I dropped my wife and daughter off @3:55 for the appointment and asked them to check-in without me so I can park my car. Upon walking in, my wife informed me that the dentist will see my daughter @4:30PM. Why didn’t you at least call me to let me know that you’re backed up and can’t see my daughter until 4:30 PM???? Begrudgingly, I waited. Five minutes later, a daughter and mother walk in, said they had an appointment for 4:30PM and were early. Ten minutes go by and sure enough the daughter and mother were called in while my daughter, wife, and I were still waiting. Again, no explanation from their end at the front desk…noth

Dr. Arora did my extraction and my results are great, I am 18 days post op. My incisions are closing nicely. The reason I rated them a 3 out of 5 is the horrible experience I had with Yary, the doctors executive assistant (I assume). There is nothing like being in intense pain & being mistreated. The cost of my treatment plan was initially $1171 before insurance. After a back and forth with insurance they determined that all services with the exception of a $200 fee plus my copay is what I was responsible for. Yary seemed annoyed at this for some reason?? She stated to me after the second time that I disputed the price with my insurance, that she would not reschedule me again & that my only choice was to pay the $1171 and be reimbursed by my insurance, stating that since she had “booked me for the hour both times & I didn’t receive services on those days so she would not schedule me a third time.” Anyways.. she was required to book me for the third time and I got my service. I’m not sure if it was personal but it was very off putting. Rahma (I hope I spelled this correctly) the dental assistant is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. She is great at what she does.
